About the ENC

INTRODUCTION

The ELSA Negotiation Competition (ENC) is a simulation of a negotiation process between two parties allowing participants to obtain advanced skills in the field of negotiation. For this purpose, two teams consisting of two students each represent a client or a party negotiating a legal dispute or contract. These simulations will be observed and evaluated by a panel of three judges who provide participants with feedback to further their negotiation abilities.
